Does the perfect skincare routine really exist?
So far, what is the image that you have of the perfect skincare routine?
Is there something with a lot of products with some of them called toner, AHA exfoliant and a lot of layered?....
A little bit confusing, no? you don’t know where to start, right? …. okay, we are here to make it easy, cool and finally UNDERSTANDING.
Skincare is subjective, what works for someone may not work for you (yes, that’s why you were disappointed by the last product someone was soooo excited about).
But good news, your skin can tell you a lot about what it likes, what it doesn’t, what is good or bad for it, also doctors and dermatologists can help to find a solution but at the end of the day it’s your skin that will tell you what it likes or not!
So our first tip is to listen to your skin, to follow it and try to understand it as much as you can, (it looks complicated like that but no, it’s super easy) and the best way to start to learn about it is to answer to the FIRST question of ALL which is : «what’s my skin type ?»
(yes again this question… but guys, this is fundamental, your skin will tell you THANNNKK YOUU, I THOUGHT YOU WOULD NEVER ASK )
So for that we’ve created an article for you to check out, we’ve made it simple, short and easy to understand and figure out your skin type, go check it out.
Then after this fundamental step, look at yourself again and try to figure out what it needs to be boosted.
For instance, it can be purifying the spots, calming the skin and its redness or fighting the first lines … (again don’t worry there may be several, it may also have something that your skin is having just sometimes like to be sensitive in winter for instance…)
At this point normally you know what your skin needs, and you can create your OWN & PERSONALISED skincare routine.
And the final secret: make your routine realistic, easy to do, consistent and adaptive because THAT is what a perfect skincare routine should be (hummm... isn't that the YesYesYes way?)
In Practice at Oui dit it!:
Choose the cream (easy, each cream has the name of your skin type so has not to confuse anyone) then choose a serum and start creating the combination that your skin needs at that time.
1 pea-sized of cream + 2 drops of serum, mix in your hand, apply delicately on your skin and VOILA!!!!
