NEVER NEVER NEVER INGREDIENTS

NEVER NEVER NEVER INGREDIENTS
WE WON’T USE THEM. EVER.

Animal-derived ingredients

This is one of our values and commitment: no materials/ingredients of animal origin that are commonly used in cosmetics. In accordance with European regulations, our products aren’t tested on animals.

Silicones

Silicones are slippery, synthetic polymers that make cosmetics feel and look nice on the skin.

Synthetic fillers create a film on the skin that can clog pores and cause dehydration. They’re difficult to biodegrade and they pollute the environment by flowing into wastewater.

Parabens

Parabens are a group of chemicals used as preservatives in food and cosmetics products to keep them bacteria-free.

Since 2014, a few parabens have been banned in cosmetics. Parabens are potential endocrine disruptors (which upset the body’s hormonal balance). The sensitive, easily-irritated and allergy-prone may react to parabens, and we’re sensitive-skin friendly, so we kept them out.

Pegs

A mix of compounds and polymers used as emulsifiers or emollients, or to keep ingredients stable. They could be fast-tracking chemical undesirables into your skin.

Derived from petroleum, they’re a common ingredient in cosmetics or shampoos, PEGs are suspected of being carcinogenic and are difficult to biodegrade. so we exclude them from our formulas.

Sulfates

Cleansing agents that get rid of dirt and oil and makes things foamy. They are known to be skin and eye irritants so you won’t find them in any YesYesYes products.

Petrolateum and mineral oils

Petroleum derivatives coat the skin, but do nothing to nourish it. They just sit on top, and can actually stop it from breathing, absorbing and excreting, which makes them a no for us.

Synthetic colours

Clearly, what is the point to make natural product and put colors to look better, all this is purely aesthetic. They can be a cause skin of sensitivity and irritation and have zero skin care benefit, so they’ve got no place in our line-up.
